In 2001, Destek Patent achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first in Türkiye to receive ISO 9000 and ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certifications specifically for Intellectual Property Rights. This accomplishment underscores Destek Patent's commitment to raising awareness about Intellectual Property Rights within the country. The company played a crucial role in establishing prominent associations such as the International Patent Association (UPB), LES Türkiye, and AIPPI Türkiye.

In 2019, Destek Patent launched an awareness and training campaign under the slogan "OWN YOUR IDEA." As part of this corporate social responsibility initiative, free training sessions are provided to students, entrepreneurs, SMEs, technology transfer offices, as well as sector foundations and associations. Through these efforts, Destek Patent has reached nearly 14,000 individuals, effectively disseminating knowledge about Intellectual Property Rights.

The Own Your Idea project aligns with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations in 2015, with a particular emphasis on Goal 8, "Decent Work and Economic Growth," and Goal 9, "Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure." The project's impact was recognized with the "Silver Award" at the 13th Corporate Social Responsibility Summit - Sustainable Development Goals Awards Ceremony held in 2021.
