The Singapore law firm of Francine Tan Law Corporation is led by Francine Tan who has practised in IP law since 1993. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore and the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales.

Francine has managed the trademark and design portfolios of many clients over the years and been consistently recognised by WTR, Who's Who Legal, Managing IP, and AsiaLaw as one of the leading IP attorneys in Singapore.

The firm has litigated in many opposition and revocation proceedings before IPOS and assisted clients in dealing with counterfeit products and online infringements. The firm was selected in 2021 to be one of the partner firms of Amazon’s IP Accelerator programme.

The firm offers the whole spectrum of trademark, design and patent prosecution as well as contentious and transactional IP services.

Francine has since 2002 served as a WIPO Panelist for domain name disputes. She also serves as a Panelist for the FORUM (formerly known as the National Arbitration Forum), the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC), and the Czech Arbitration Court.  

Francine is a former Board Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), a member and committee member of the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA), and of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA).
