Managing Partner

Patric David is a founder and Managing partner.

He is an Advocate of the High Court of Zanzibar, Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He has an experience of over 15 years in Manufacturing & Beverage industries as well as in Construction Sector.

Mr. Patric David has also been appointed and entered into the Register of authorized Patent, Trade and Service Marks Agent (BRELA) to be listed as IP AGENT in African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO) website. He has been accredited by the Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs of Tanzanian Government, to be an Arbitrator and Mediator.

He is working as in-house counsel and Head of Legal Department at SBC Tanzania Limited (PepsiCo franchised products in Tanzania).

He’s pursuing a master’s degree in intellectual property laws from the University of Dar es salaam School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws degree, and a Post graduate Diploma in legal practices from the Law school of Tanzania and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from the Open University of Tanzania. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation from the institute of Tax Administration as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Mediation and Arbitration from the Institute of Social Work.
