Jerry is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, European Trade Mark and Design Attorney, Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney with over 20 years' experience. He has been a partner in the firm of Sandersons, based in Colchester, Essex, since 2005.
Jerry regularly represents clients at the UK and EU Intellectual Property Offices and the European Patent Office for trade mark, design and patent applications, oppositions and cancellation actions. He has wide experience of managing and developing extensive international trade mark portfolios for larger clients, as well as advising and guiding SMEs, start ups and individual applicants. Jerry also handles contentious IP matters and disputes, and assists clients with seeking negotiated resolutions without recourse to litigation, wherever possible.
