I started out as a trade mark attorney in 2006 and became fully qualified in 2009. I have experience in the full range of trade mark clearance, filing and prosecution work as well as in the contentious areas of oppositions and infringements. I have a particular interest in domain name disputes and I am a past member of the International Trademark Association’s Internet Committee. I am the author of ‘A Practical Guide to the Law of Domain Names and Cybersquatting’, published by Law Brief Publishing.
