I joined the IP profession in 1990 and since then have had the huge privilege of working with clients large and small, always aiming to solve IP issues and create portfolios of rights in the most cost-effective way. Dispute resolution, and particularly negotiating settlements, have always been a large part of my work. And because, over the last 20 years or so, I've mainly dealt with UK-based clients, I've got a massive amount of experience in protecting their rights overseas.
