For the next instalment of the IP Inclusive and Jonathan’s Voice event series on men’s mental health, attendees will be joined by TEDx speaker Ryan Parke.

We will hear Ryan’s views on how hormones, lifestyle, and goal setting influence male mental health. Drawing from 1,000+ sources and Ryan’s experience coaching men, this talk unveils groundbreaking insights, offering simple steps to support the men you care about. Whether you are a man, or simply want to understand the men in your life, Ryan will reveal: ​

  • ​The role that hormones play in male mental health and specific steps men can take for better wellbeing and resilience

  • Why the current approach to mental health isn’t working for men and how we can make male mental health support more engaging, relevant and effective

Meet the Speaker – Ryan Parke

Ryan Parke is The Men’s Coach – a TEDx Speaker specialising in how hormones, lifestyle and goal setting impact male mental health. Having created an evidence-based framework drawing upon over 1,000 sources and his extensive coaching experience, Ryan works with industry leaders, charities, and NHS Trusts who want to provide effective support to men. His 12-week coaching programme equips men with science-based strategies to regain their sense of purpose and progress.

Alongside his real-world coaching experience, Ryan is also an international award-winning speaker and a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association. He is a trained Mental Health First Aider, Suicide First Aider, and Men’s Health Champion, with Samaritans training in suicide prevention and an Enhanced DBS Check.
