Protecting 2D and 3D designs doesn’t end when design rights expire. In this webinar, you’ll discover practical strategies to extend the life of designs using a combination of IP rights.

We’ll explore registered and unregistered designs, copyright, trade marks, and passing off - giving you the tools to help clients safeguard their designs well into the future.

You’ll learn how to navigate the challenges of design expiry, particularly for 3D designs, and gain insights into proactive steps you can take at the time of filing and as protection nears its end.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of the interplay between different IP rights and how to maximize long-term security for designs.
