Martin is a partner in the Trademark and Copyright Practice Group at Leason Ellis, and has practiced IP law for over thirty years.
He litigates in U.S. federal district and appellate courts, and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and is a WIPO domain name panelist.
He manages global trademark portfolios, and counsels ventures including Fortune 100 companies.

John L. Welch, Wolf Greenfield
John has practiced intellectual property law for nearly fifty years, representing clients in IP disputes across the US.
He has handled hundreds of opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, represented clients in numerous litigations, and is responsible for the international trademark portfolios of a number of major companies.
