To kick off Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re bringing together leading voices in the IP world for an open and insightful conversation about the power of community in supporting mental wellbeing.

Whether it’s through peer networks, professional organisations, or simply knowing you’re not alone, connection is key to a healthier, happier working life.

In this webinar, Keven Bader (CITMA) and Lee Davies (CIPA), along with Andrea Brewster (IP Inclusive), will share how their communities are fostering positive change. From tackling stigma to creating spaces where people feel supported, they’ll discuss the impact of strong professional networks on mental health. Chairing the conversation is Elizabeth Rimmer (LawCare), bringing a wealth of expertise on mental health in the legal sector.

Expect an engaging, honest discussion packed with real-world insights and practical takeaways to help you make the most of your professional community.

Learning outcomes:

  • Why community is one of the most powerful tools for mental wellbeing
  • How professional networks can create safer, more inclusive workplaces
  • Actionable ways to support yourself and others in the IP profession
  • Lessons from leaders on driving real cultural change
  • Where to find support when you need it

Join us as we start the week with a conversation that matters—because no one should have to navigate mental health challenges in their career alone.
