Remote working Trade Mark Paralegal

ip21 are looking to recruit an experienced trade mark paralegal, familiar with UK, EU and International TM filing formalities, opposition procedures, evidence formatting, TM forms, client reporting, internal case/file admin (we use Equinox as our case management system) and general TM attorney support.

We are a well-established patent and trade mark attorney practice with a diverse client base, ranging from start-ups to multinationals. We’re looking for a trade mark paralegal to join our professional team, where we prioritise long-term employee wellbeing and engagement. The role is not restricted to any particular location, with an expected fully remote arrangement likely (although there is the option to spend time in our Norwich or London office if preferred). We’re looking for either a full time or 4 days / week position.
