Senior Trade Mark & Cost Quote Administrator – International Law Firm – London

This role will be responsible for taking the lead with preparations of cost quotes for clients and their trade mark/design filings, renewals, and recordals.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and assist with bid proposals and analyse clients’ IP portfolios where necessary. You will collect fee schedules from the firms’ network of global agents and deposit them in various databases which you will also update and maintain.

You will review global agent disbursements invoices against agreed fee schedules and quotes, review and docket incoming correspondence, support trade mark projects, and supervise junior members of the team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years trade mark experience and have a good working knowledge of Excel (including creating formulas).
