Dawn Ellmore has a new and exciting opportunity available for a Trade Mark Assistant to support the Head of Trade Marks at mid-senior level, within a leading IP firm. The successful candidate will join their Trade Marks team on a full-time, permanent basis in London.

Their client is operating at the very top of the trade mark field, so requires a candidate with trade mark experience who can organise themselves, as well as work well in a team.

The role is to provide full Trade Mark support to the Head of Department, therefore a high level of organisation, accuracy and detail is a must. Those who can work autonomously and can hit the ground will fit the bill of this varied role.

Key responsibilities will include preparing letters and correspondence, processing billing, inbox management as well as full general support to the Head of Trade Marks.
