Trade Mark Paralegal – International Law Firm - London

Dawn Ellmore is assisting their long-standing client as they seek an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal. This is a fantastic time to join them and take the next step in your career within a leading firm that is continuing to grow.

Your duties in this role with involve, but are not limited to -

• Preparing and filing Trade Mark applications
• Handling assignments, which is a large part of this role
• Corresponding with clients and managing queries relating to IP
• Liaising with the attorneys both locally and internationally
• Remaining up to date on client details and updating internal systems accordingly
• Many other ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role handling trade mark tasks, those with assignments experience will be looked upon favourably. As well as this, candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. The CITMA qualification is ideal but not essential.
