Trade Mark Paralegal – London – up to £50,000

A brand new Trade Mark Paralegal role with a leading international law firm. This position will support the trade mark attorney practice with a broad range of prosecution related matters.

Core duties will include:

• Undertaking and reporting trade mark searches
• Preparing and undertaking international filing programmes
• Monitoring and managing fee earner due dates
• Processing incoming correspondence
• Liaising with fee-earners, clients, and overseas agents
• Handling all prosecution, post-registration, and renewals matters

The firm are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years’ trade mark prosecution experience gained from a leading UK-based firm or in-house IP department. The CITMA Paralegal Certificate would be advantageous but is not essential.
