I have experience in developing and managing trade mark portfolios in many sectors, including foodstuffs, beverages, healthcare, sports technology, electrical accessories, outdoor activities, transportation, and a variety of business services, and assist clients with contentious matters and input on brand creation. I have a special interest in US trade marks and how to best assist UK businesses in the US, and have contributed written articles on the subject as well as general best practice trade mark advice for business in the UK and EU.
