I advise clients on the selection, protection, exploitation and enforcement of their brands worldwide. My clients range from start ups to large corporations. I provide advice on the clearance of brands for use internationally and I develop filing strategies and execute filing programs worldwide. I am also regularly involved in contentious proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO. I have a particular interest in the creative industries sector but I also work with clients in the food, engineering and retail sectors. I write regular articles on developments in IP law and I am involved in the internal education and supervision of trainees.
