Daniela has extensive experience in filing, prosecuting and enforcing UK, EU and International Trade Marks with particular expertise in the fashion and food retail as well as restaurant sectors, having completed two secondments to the legal department of a major UK retailer. Clients appreciate Daniela's pragmatic and proactive approach as well as her personable and calm manner. She is experienced in taking hearings before the UKIPO.
Outside work, Daniela is an enthusiastic freediver, surfer, paddleboarder and yogi with a passion for protecting the environment. She has also recently qualified as a Marine Mammal Medic.
