She is experienced in assisting businesses with the adoption of new trade marks and offers advice on commercial brand strategies. She carries out IP Audits, providing practical and tailored advice to clients.
Caroline advises on trade mark infringement and enforcement matters, filing and defending trade mark oppositions, as well as drafting, filing and handling trade mark applications.
She is the Convener of the Law Society of Scotland’s Intellectual Property Committee.
